SHOTBLASTING AND PAINTING

With our in-house shotblasting and painting line for plates of up to 3.05 meters wide, we process plates of up to 16 meters long and up to 20 MT piece weight. Shotblasted SA 2.5 and painted plates can be ready for delivery within 24 hours after receiving your order.

 

Our standard painting systems are a 1-component red primer and the 2-component Sigmaweld 190 zinc silicate primer. Other primers can, of course, be applied upon request.

 

To avoid corrosion during transport, shotblasted plates are covered top and bottom with plastic when loaded on the truck, to avoid corrosion during transport.
